One of the first questions which we wanted to find an answer to was: how to find a solution to the need of reducing the sugar intake in our customers’ diet?
Our Macao, Apulian almond chocolate cream, is undoubtedly one of the best-selling products… yet it had something to be fixed, that 4% sugar we were not OK with.
So, we have thought about a new recipe, with no added sugar, always keeping the same taste.
